In a shocking twist of fate, some years ago, I found myself face-to-face with the unthinkable. I encountered witches in disguise, who appeared to wield spells so potent that they seemed intent on possessing not just my spirit, but my very well-being. Tonight, I battled demons in an experience that forced me to revisit a haunting dream from five years ago, a night fraught with psychological turmoil—a direct result of emotional manipulation by someone I once loved. What I didn't grasp at the time was how deeply entwined he was with darker forces than any of us could imagine.
The moment I felt the physical symptoms of a spell coursing through my body, a wave of dread washed over me. Memories invaded my mind, echoing that long-buried nightmare, where I saw my ex-boyfriend taking me to the basement of a run down building, so that we could hide to have sex. In the dream, a host of his family members were following us in the way that stalkers do. I remember waking up that night in a stupor. My boyfriend was lying next to me. "What's wrong?" he acted concerned. When I told him what I had dreamt, his response was: "Yes, tell me where we can have sex." It told me that there was something he was hiding himself.
Tonight, as the witches draw me to that same scene, my body reacted as if controlled by another’s will. It was as if my limbs were attempting to sway to the whims of an invisible puppeteer. I knew that it was an attempt to possess me. I began to pray incessantly, and to cast out the demons that were trying to hurt me.
The sensation was both surreal and terrifying. In my turmoil, I caught the chilling whisper of a witch, singing out, “Uuuuyyyy…” Her accent gave away Latino roots. More than one witch was at play. This has been my battle for the last five years. Doctors have called it psychosis with depression and even schizophrenia. But the reality is so very different, and very ill treated. As a victim of witchcraft, I find my rights utterly violated.
This experience was not just a physical assault; it felt like an invasion of my very soul, as though dark forces were converging upon me in my most vulnerable state. But it is not unfighteable.
The Diagnostic Symptoms of Witchcraft
The witches who targeted me utilized complex spells, each engineered for their sinister purposes. I faced beauty spells meant to alter the witch's appearance, called "glamour," longevity spells that promised them a twisted version of eternal life but attempted to hurt my body in the process, and several other harmful enchantments such as doom spells, love spells, and sex spells, which are meant to derail a person's life and well-being, and to psychoemotionally and even physically control the outcome of relationships. Over time, I felt overwhelmed, trapped by forces I struggled to comprehend. For instance, beauty spells often claim to create youthful appearances, but can lead to debilitating self-doubt and distorted self-image among victims. Love spells cause victims to be raped by demons, often being haunted for the purpose of sexual abuse all day. They can also torture victims by producing hallucinatory effects of sexually-related smells, sounds, sensations and imagery, such as incest and child molestation. And I won't even go into what they have tried to do to me as I pray and worship. It is too blasphemous to repeat.
But people ask me to take pills for this.
After the nightmarish events of this evening unfolded, I realized what I always realize whenever I am struck with a witchcraft attack: that I am no longer a passive observer of a world that appeared colorfully fantasious but a victim caught in a web of pain for the purpose of manipulation. The absurdity of their rituals continuously strike me—these witches are ensnared in their bizarre beliefs, engaging in actions that might appear laughable to anyone outside their world. Let me tell you about it, as I try to ease out of the terrifying events that took place tonight.
The Ridiculous Rituals of Witchcraft
These misguided practitioners engage in rituals involving dolls and other oddities as instruments of magic. They craft poppets, also known as voodoo dolls, attempting to impose their will upon my life. The scent of heavy incense and of tobacco clings to the air, sometimes, a bitter reminder of the rituals ongoing around me. I have come to fully grasp the magnitude of their beliefs, acknowledging that though the practices might seem ridiculous, they hold power that I feel acutely.
For example, one particularly absurd scene that has been repeated over the last five years involves a medium wearing a used sanitary pad or tampon. Another involves a medium wearing oversized heels and a handbag. You usually see them walking around, acting out some story, talking like a crazy person. You also hear them as if they were ordering food. I learned this through the actual experience of being bewitched. But I have learned of other things that witches do, to cast spells, through research and by praying with expert prophets who deliver people like me, victims of witchcraft. I have learned that they put feces on plates, for example, and that they use candles in the shape of penises and vaginas in sex spells. I have learned that they use blood and kill animals such as frogs, cats and chickens, to cast unclean spirits. They use music. They dance and wear white clothing. Worst, they use their children, who become infested by the spirits that pass through their bodies. That is not only ridiculous, it is depraved and illegal.
They have roles for their witchcraft. They communicate in a secret telepathic network with collaborating witches. They use this same "antenna" network to create so-called hallucinations, which are real spiritual occurrences. It's all a big game to them. But, while they're playing with all their toys, they mean an evil sort of business. Some of these people are only trying to get a little something out of their attacks--to get even with an ex or manipulate a coworker in some way--but others are in it for daily torture and silent murder.
This is only a fraction of the stark reality I've borne witness to. It is a grotesque display, a macabre performance that has left me exhausted and emotionally drained. Because of these witches, I became disabled and homeless. I don't like saying this, but I have to--I can feel the witches laughing that "what they did worked."
But as a child of God, I have also been prophesied freedom and remuneration. In the end, every knee will have to bow to the true Divine, the only architect of the Universe, Adonai Tzevaot (the Righteous).
The Journey of Understanding
At the onset of these distressing experiences, I knew little about witchcraft and magic. Now, this lack of understanding feels like a burden. Awareness brings clarity, and clarity can lead to robust defenses, especially when God is fighting on your side. Being thrust into a world that defies logic and rational thought has forced me to rethink many things I had dismissed as mere myths or as fantasy that my mind could enjoy and imbibe in.
Many would also dismiss experiences like mine as delusional or fabricated. The truth exists in the shadows, where many continue to endure quiet suffering. This phenomenon of witchcraft abuse is not isolated; reports suggest that thousands across various cultures face similar torment. Their stories are often submerged in silence, echoing my own, highlighting the broader narrative of elusive spiritual warfare.
Breaking the Stigma
The stigma surrounding discussions of witchcraft and spirituality is heavy. Many individuals cannot fathom the depths of such experiences, often rejecting them as lies. Speaking out is essential for those who have endured these trials. By sharing our individual journeys, we expose the truth behind these experiences and dismantle the myths that keep many shackled in silence.
The unfortunate fact is that witches exist and their victims exist as victims. The best example is drawn from the public scene, where actors, influencers and even entire music bands are attacked by strong spells. For example, in Latin America, the actor Julian Madrid, better known for his appearance in "Happy Saturdays" and Spanish films like "La Piroberta," claims that he became a victim of witchcraft through an ex girlfriend. He was taken to a witch for help, though he did not know where he was going. When he found out where he was, he became enraged. The witch tried to ensnare him, saying that she would "read a tobacco for him," claiming that this was inoffensive. She quickly began to speak about witchcraft that was being done against him. Soon after, he decided to break up with that girlfriend, and he began to experience terrible emotional turmoil. "I began to feel a great desperation, and a tightness in my chest," he relates, "to get back together with her." He even went back to the witch. But when he arrived, the environment was heavier than before, and the witch's semblance had changed. She felt strong and menacing, like a man. She also told him that someone was going to kill him, for leaving that woman.
Julian found evidence of the spell being done against him.
"I felt like I should check my car, so I looked under the driver's seat and found a bag there, with bones and soil."
This was not the only bag that Julian found. At home, the witches had also produced incantations. The witch he had spoken to said they had performed a "semen spell" on him, to get him to stay with the woman. In my opinion, the family of that woman could have hired that same witch, to produce the spell. But Julian should never have gone back to her, even for a little information. Unfortunately, I can vie for the fact that what was done to Julian Madrid is very real; during my own trials with witchcraft, I have smelled semen as I hear the witches casting spells over me. I did not know, until I heard of Julian's story, that this was part of a love spell. And yet most of the work done against me is for the cause of men and women who are jealous of their partners.
While some victims of witchcraft are blessed with finding evidence that will point to witchcraft, others are not so lucky. Some spells are not as evident as others, too. Electronic spells and trackers are often cryptic. This was what I could give the police and the FBI: an enigmatic message on one of my YouTube channel posts, where I used to preach and prophesy and give my testimony. No one took me seriously.
The eccentricity of the rituals and spells I encountered should not elicit mockery; instead, they serve as a reminder that real struggles are at play, and that we need real solutions for them. What might seem absurd or unbelievable to outsiders can be a reflection of ignorance toward the suffering of others. We must tear down the walls that hinder open discussions about these issues, fostering empathy and understanding instead of ridicule.
The Fight for Liberation
For survivors, reclaiming control over our narratives and lives is crucial. Acknowledging the authenticity of the spiritual warfare we face is a vital step toward healing. Understanding the dark undercurrents of witchcraft abuse allows us to expose our pain.
Things that work to fight witchcraft: acknowledgement of the symptoms of a witchcraft attack, prayer, fasting, and full-strength faith. Second:
As I navigate the remnants of my own experiences, my goal is to forge a community built on resilience—a safe haven for others to share their stories without fear of judgment. Together, we can transform these harrowing experiences into strength and create platforms to educate those open to learning. Our words hold power, as do the shared experiences of others.
A Call for Awareness
This unexpected journey through the unsettling realm of witchcraft has shaken the foundation of my old beliefs. I used to find magic attractive in a playful, inoffensive way. I was an avid Harry Potter fan. I loved The Craft. I drew inspiration from vampire films and fantasy books that exploit the image of the witch as a powerful entity that can save or destroy the world. Yet, when you become the victim of demonic structures that actually look like the characters in those movies, you begin taking extreme measures of safety against them. You even start talking to others about your experiences, because you realize that no one knows the truth--why else would they continue to make media that portrays real life harmful characters? It's not insanity. I have just come to realize, in the worst way possible, the profound impact that these dark forces can have on countless lives, including my own.
Though I might have once doubted the harms of witchcraft, the painful truth is now woven into my reality. We all have a role to play in listening, learning, and supporting those haunted by forces they cannot control. So, let's start by opening our eyes and ears to those who are victims, realizing that their stories bear strong similarities, and believe them. It is the only way to healing communities were hundreds of silent victims are suffering from false diagnosis and psychoemotional control through magic.
As strange as this may sound to some, it represents a real-world issue that deserves attention. Let us unite, cast aside our skepticism, and listen closely to these testimonies that signal an urgent need for compassion. Just the other day, I reached out to the National Sexual Abuse chat line, because it was late in the morning, the oppressions did not let me sleep, and I needed desperately to talk to someone about what these witches were doing to me. As a witchcraft victim of sexual abuse, I am haunted by succubus and incubus in the form of people I used to know--ex boyfriends and women from my past who even use their children in their spells. The representative I was chatting with asked if I was still seeing these people. When I told him I had cut all ties with them, he quickly told me that it was best that I contact NAMI, the National Alliance for Mental Illness. The person did not believe my story. They allowed my pain to continue, just like many victims of rape are dismissed because their stories don't seem plausible. Those facing spiritual abuse should never feel alone.
The greatest power doesn't lie in the spells of witches, but in the solidarity and strength fostered among those standing against darkness. Believers of Christ should arm themselves with the weapons of the spirit, and, in knowledge of the Kingdom truths, learn how to combat spiritual oppressions that come from witchcraft. Unfortunately, the government is too open-minded to realize that witchcraft is harmful and that it needs to be banned and strongly prosecuted. It is up to those who can see and recognize the dangers of demonic activity to fight for the cause of the poor in spirit who have become victims of witches and satanists.
There is only one way to truly combat a witch who wages war of the spirit, and that is through even stronger spiritual warfare. This means that congregational leaders must take a stand against witchcraft, speaking against its practices publicly, to create a new social conscience, reaching out to congressmen to request the ban of psychic shops and botanicas, proposing an amendment of the Constitutional rights of religious worshipers, and healing those who have been victimized, through repentance, forgiveness of sins, baptism, deliverance, and sessions with the Holy Spirit.
Now is the time. People like me are called by God to bear testimony to the truth and to the Kingdom. Listen, learn, and act.
